These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of fajrpk.com, operated by FAJR (Solar City Pakistan, Main G.T Road, Opposite Agha Jee Hotel, Rawat, T Chowk, Rawalpindi). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. An information catalogue, not an online shop
The website presents our solar panels, inverters, batteries and accessories for information. No purchase contract is formed on this website and no online payments are taken. To buy a product or a solar system, please contact us; a sale is agreed only directly with FAJR.
2. Prices
The website does not show prices. Prices are given only in a written quote from FAJR, valid for the period stated in the quote.
3. Quotations
A quotation is valid only when issued by FAJR in writing (for example by email, WhatsApp message or a printed quotation) and only for the period, products, quantities and conditions stated in it. Quotations for installed systems may depend on a site survey. Stock availability is confirmed at the time of order.
4. Solar calculator and other estimates
The solar calculator gives an approximate system size and generation estimate based on the values you enter and on general assumptions (such as average sun hours and system losses). Actual results depend on your location, roof, shading, equipment, usage and electricity tariff. The calculator is guidance only; FAJR confirms the final design and price after reviewing your needs.
5. Product information and images
Product specifications, descriptions and datasheets are provided as published by the manufacturers and may change without notice. Images may be illustrative and the delivered product may differ in appearance. Please check the specifications that matter to you with our team before buying.
6. Warranty
Products carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer, under the manufacturer’s terms and conditions (including any registration, installation and usage requirements). Warranty periods mentioned on the website are taken from manufacturer information. FAJR will help you with warranty claims for products bought from us. Any additional warranty or service from FAJR applies only if it is stated in writing in your quotation or invoice.
7. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, sending spam through the contact form, or copying content for commercial use without permission. Text, design and images on the website belong to FAJR or their respective owners (including manufacturers) and are protected by law. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners.
